Positivity.
It’s something that I struggle with. Don’t get me wrong, I love my life. I wouldn’t trade places with anyone for anything. But, between being a mom and wife, having a business where I mainly do custom work, AND finding time for my blog… I can get a bit stressed and overwhelmed. I also struggle with anxiety — and when my anxiety is high, I find it extremely difficult to replace the anxious thoughts with positive thoughts.
I wish I could enter every day with blind optimism. The power of positive thinking is great for not only your mental health, but also your physical health. However, I’m not a natural optimist. I’m more of a realist — so positivity, for me, has to be learned and I have to work at it to maintain it.
I believe that surrounding yourself with positive people and positive things significantly influences the way that you feel. So I’ve created some simple yet uplifting planner stickers and SVG files that I can use to remind myself to stay positive, and I’m sharing them with you FOR FREE for personal use!

The free stickers are available in the following formats:
- .STUDIO3: Everything is set up with the offsets, so the file will print and cut perfectly! However, if you want to resize the stickers — you totally can! Just remember that the offset and the printable area isn’t grouped together (this is so only the offset is cut), so make sure you have both selected when resizing!
- .SVG: Unfortunately I don’t have any experience with any cutting software outside of Silhouette Studio, though I do know that most cutting software (such as Cricut Design Space) is compatible with SVG files! The SVG files come with the offset, though you may have to adjust some settings in your software so that only the offset is cut.
- .PDF: If you don’t have a die-cutter, then you can print the PDF file and cut the stickers by hand.
The free SVG files are available in both .STUDIO3 and .SVG formats. Cut them out of vinyl and apply them to whatever you like! Coffee mugs, signs, your car, shirts, and more!
